It is important to note that due to the Year End Travel Alert put out by the VP for Finance and Administration on June 30, all travel requisitions using MG/FRG funds MUST be received by travel ON or BEFORE 5 p.m., August 21, 2014, with all approvals to be processed on approved MG/FRG applications.
If
received after that time, the department will need to cover the expenditures
out of FY15 funds.
