Texas Department of Transportation Research Proposals

Texas Department of Transportation announces the FY2019 RFP #1 schedule and project solicitations (dates are approximate):

April 12University proposals are due to RTI
April 16-May 16      Proposals are evaluated

National Endowment for the Humanities Increases Fellowship amount

NEH has increased the Fellowships monthly stipend from $4,200 to $5,000. As a result, the minimum award is now $30,000 (for six months of full-time work). The maximum award is now $60,000 (for twelve months of full-time work).

Program Statistics

In the last five competitions the Fellowships program received an average of 1,125 applications per year. The program made an average of 77 awards per year, for a funding ratio of 7 percent.

The number of applications to an NEH grant program can vary widely from year to year, as can the funding ratio. Information about the average number of applications and awards in recent competitions is meant only to provide historical context for the current competition.
