External Funding to Establish Clean Energy Incubator

The Comptroller of Public Accounts invites proposals from Public Higher Education Institutions for the creation  of Clean Energy Incubators  for the Emerging Clean Energy Technology Program.

The anticipated schedule of events is as follows:

• Issuance of RFP – June 13, 2014, after 10:00 a.m. CT
• Non-mandatory Webinar – June 18, 2014 
• Questions Due – June 20, 2014, 2:00 p.m. CT 
• Official Responses to Questions posted –June 27, 2014 
• Proposals Due – July 11, 2014, 2:00 p.m. CT
• Contract Execution –August 15, 2014, or as soon thereafter as practical 
• Commencement of Services – September 1, 2014
